Qatar on the World Wide Web

Information available on the Internet grows day by day and there are continuous additions to Qatari sites on the World Wide Web. Many trading companies and retailers have their own web sites, as do government ministries and departments, educational establishments, sporting and cultural organisations. Some of the most useful and frequently accessed official sites are listed below.

You can also visit Internet Qatar, the site of Q-TEL, the State’s service provider, at www.qatar.net.qa  for a list of Qatar-related sites: www.qatar.net.qa/usefulsites.htm
Not all the sites are regularly maintained and updated, and you may experience intermittent problems in accessing some of them. Just be persistent!
Some sites are only in English (marked E); others offer Arabic or English versions (A+E)
